Description: AnvilControl blocks stacks that are stacked over the standard stacksize created by using stack plugins or the give command. Additionally it offers some features to block the placing, using or breaking of anvils and the ability to disable the transfering of enchantments to other tools/wapons/armor or to cap the transferred enchantments to an strength.
